Every member of The Real Estate Rolodex agrees to these standards. They protect clients, members and the trust that makes this Rolodex worth being in.
If your profession requires a license, it must be active and in good standing in every state where you say you work. Tell us right away if your license is suspended, revoked or expires. We may ask for proof at any time.
To stay in the Rolodex, you must keep an average of 4 stars or higher on your public reviews, such as Google, Zillow, Realtor.com and Yelp. No reviews yet is fine. A pattern of poor reviews or complaints means this is not the right place for you, and we may remove your card.
Treat clients, members and our team with respect. We do not allow harassment, threats, hateful language, discrimination of any kind, or anything that breaks fair housing or fair lending laws.
Your name, photo, license, company, reviews and listings must be real, current and yours. No fake reviews, no borrowed photos, no misleading claims.
Contact details, referrals and client information shared through the Rolodex are only for helping that client or building a real working relationship. You may not copy, scrape, sell, share, or add people to mass email, text or call lists without their permission.
The Real Estate Rolodex connects professionals. We are not a party to any referral, transaction or agreement. Any referral fee or commission split is agreed between you and your brokerages, in a signed written agreement, and must follow your license laws, your brokerage’s policies, RESPA and all state and federal laws. Some professions, such as lenders and title companies, may not be allowed to pay or accept referral fees at all. We do not collect, hold or enforce referral fees, and we do not handle any legal matters between members.
We may edit, hide, suspend or remove any card at any time, with or without notice. Members who misuse information, are disrespectful, or break these standards will be removed and banned from the Rolodex. Misuse of member or client information may also lead to legal action, including a cease and desist letter. Paid cards that are removed for breaking these standards are not refunded.
The Real Estate Rolodex is a directory that helps clients and professionals find each other. A card in the Rolodex is not an endorsement, a guarantee or a recommendation. We do not verify every license, review or claim. Always check a professional’s license and do your own homework before you hire anyone.
If someone breaks these standards, please tell us at our Help page or email hello@therealestaterolodex.com.
Effective October 7, 2026. We may update these standards from time to time. Staying in the Rolodex after an update means you accept it.
