Our guest agreement
Guest Appearance and Release Agreement
By signing below, I agree to appear as a guest on The Rolodex Podcast, produced by The Real Estate Rolodex ("the Rolodex").
1. Recording and publishing. I allow the Rolodex to record my appearance by audio and video, and to edit, publish and share the recording, in full or in part, on any platform, including the Rolodex website, podcast services, YouTube and social media, now and in the future.
2. Name and likeness. I allow the Rolodex to use my name, voice, image, likeness, business name, logo and a short bio to present and promote the episode.
3. No payment. I understand my appearance is voluntary and I will not be paid. No fee has been paid by me or to me for this appearance or for any referral.
4. What I share. What I say is my own opinion. I will not share any client's private or confidential information. I will not make any statement I know to be false, and I will follow the advertising and licensing rules that apply to my profession.
5. Not advice. I understand the podcast is for general education and entertainment, not legal, tax, lending or financial advice, and the Rolodex may add a statement saying so.
6. Ownership. The Rolodex owns the recording and the finished episode. I may share links to the published episode freely.
7. Scheduling. Submitting this form does not guarantee an appearance. The Rolodex chooses guests and may change or cancel a recording.
8. Electronic signature. I agree that typing my full name below and checking the box is my electronic signature, with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
