Silver is $14.99 a month (regularly $29.99) and adds your photo, logo, story, review links, your own booking or application button, 1 listing at a time and 1 event a month. Gold is $39.99 a month (regularly $59.99) and adds a full page profile with video, up to 5 listings, 1 event a week and a contact form that sends you clients. Black Card is $99 a month (regularly $199) and puts you first in your city and state, on the home page carousel and in front of our 12,000+ network. Founding members keep their rate for as long as they stay a member.
Every kind of real estate professional, in every state, who does business with integrity. We put our name on every card, so we hold every member to a high standard: a license in good standing where your work needs one, 4 stars or higher on public reviews (no reviews yet is fine), and honest, respectful work with clients and other members. If we receive a complaint and find that a member acted unethically, the card is removed and the member is banned. That goes for everyone: contractor, agent, lender or anyone else. Paid cards are month to month. If you cancel in the middle of the month, you keep everything your card includes until the end of that billing month. Then your card goes back to a free Standard card. We do not refund the days left in the month.
Home buyers, sellers and investors search the Rolodex by profession, city and state, and paid cards show first. Behind the scenes, we do the work to help Google find you too. Every card is its own web page built for Google, with your name, profession and city in the page title. We use the words people type into Google, like "loan officer near me" or "realtor in Houston." Hidden labels (called schema) tell Google who you are, what you do, where you work and how clients rate you. New cards are sent to Google right away through our sitemap, and our profession, state and city pages all point back to you. Your page loads fast on phones, and when you share it on Facebook or in a text, it shows a beautiful picture of your card. Add your QR code to signs and flyers and you are found everywhere.
Members refer clients to each other across every profession and every state. Open Refer a client, type the professional's name or business, pick them from the list, add your client's name, phone, email and a short note, and press Send. They get an email right away telling them who sent the client, and you get a copy. Every member page also has a Refer a client button. Please know: The Real Estate Rolodex does not handle any contracts, agreements or payments between members. Any referral fee or commission split is only between members and their brokerages, in a signed agreement that follows the law, including RESPA. We simply make the introduction.
